We offer our customers not only sheet piling, machinery and trench shoring, but also useful supplementary products for civil engineering, which makes everyday work easier on construction sites.
Plastic site road.
Our plastic site road features a combination of low weight and high load-bearing capacity. It is easy to lay, ensures optimal weight distribution, and can be installed on practically any surface.
The plastic site road is a genuine lightweight. A single truck can transport up to 75 panels, which keeps transport costs to a minimum. The processing of the plastic panels is also inexpensive, making the plastic site road a particularly cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for construction sites, widening existing roads, or as storage space, but equally for use as a crane or assembly platform for wind power, line construction, or photovoltaic systems. Fitted with a specially designed geotextile underlay, the plastic site road can be used to protect sensitive surfaces such as natural stone or precast concrete paving.
Steel construction roads.
Our e+s steel site road system provides great freedom of mobility as well as a host of technical options and broad scope for cutting costs.
The site road consists of heavy-duty angles laid lengthwise and special profiles laid crosswise. Its simple design and special connectors make installation a very straightforward matter. The speed of laying is relatively high, as an excavator lifts the elements one after another from a reversing truck. The sections are then connected together with a kind of chain joint.
Pipe puller SZ 10
Using the SZ 10 Pipe Puller means that pipe socket seals can be pulled together without damage. Damage to the bed or pipe ends caused by the excavator bucket is also effectively prevented.
The SZ 10 Pipe Puller is an extremely compact unit. All the key working parts, such as the hydraulic cylinders, control unit, and double scissor mechanism, are accommodated on a smooth-running trolley. Power is provided by a 12-volt battery, and vertical anchoring in the socket between two pipes is effected with a socket spindle. With a pulling force of 100 kN (friction values must be taken into consideration), the pulling length is unlimited.
Pipe grab RG 2500/RG 5000
With many years of proven service behind them, the Pipe Grabs with automatic opening and closing are devices for the safe and efficient handling and laying of pipes of all kinds. The principle of the two available versions is based on extremely simple operation with automatic pick-up. After taking up the load, the jaws lock automatically without manual intervention. A latch prevents the load from being accidentally released and contributes to active safety.
Container for decentralized waste disposal
The Model 70 container for decentralized waste disposal is suitable for transporting both bulky goods and liquids in a wide range of industrial applications. To empty the contents of the container, the driver merely needs to drive the front rail to the side of a truck or collection tank. Due to its center of gravity, the tilting mechanism is designed so that the entire contents can be emptied. The empty container can then be pivoted back to its original transporting position on the transport sleeves of the forklift. These movement sequences are maintenance-free and do not require any additional handling by the operator. As standard, the MODEL 70 is available in blue (RAL 5012) with a mounting frame. It can also be ordered with three plastic wheels, lids, or in other RAL colors if required.
The safety barrier for trenches and pits, designed as a module for mounting on top of trench boxes and sliding rail shoring. Simple system for the DIN-standard safeguarding of danger points along shored pit and trench walls. Thanks to its versatility, this system can be adapted to numerous shoring configurations on site. Barrier fillings of wooden planks must be fitted by the customer himself and are not supplied.

Waler supports are positioned around two meters below ground level, secured from sinking to the piling frame element with suspension chains and supported against one another with e+s waler struts.
Our unique shoring extractor guarantees the quick and easy dismantling of linear shoring. A chain of optional length on a sprocket enables it to adapt optimally to changing trench depths, effectively eliminating the time-consuming shortening or lengthening of chains.
Particularly in inner-city areas, rapid excavation and pipe-laying are essential. However, problems may arise in deep excavations if tie-back anchoring is not allowed – e.g. if there are adjacent buildings. In this case, sewer struts can be used to support the walers.
Our shoring ladder was developed in cooperation with the trade association BG Bau and complies with DGUV Regulation 38, Section 10 Traffic Routes.
